Online Instruction

The tradition of Luang Pu Sodh utilizes a mental image of a crystal sphere, visualization of light or the breath as the object of meditation. You can choose a meditation object that is right for you. Learn methods for relaxing and centering the mind to access greater states of mental unity (samadhi) with the potential for jhana.

I offer monthly group classes, 1-on-1 spiritual coaching, and occasional retreats. All offerings are online on a donation basis.

Monthly Group Classes

Regular classes are open and ongoing and meet monthly. Online classes are suitable for beginners or experienced meditators. You are welcome to use your method of meditation during the class. All classes are teaching a Thai Theravadin meditation style.

1-on-1 Spiritual Coaching

Individual sessions are for meditators wanting to discuss their meditative experience and receive personalized instruction and guidance on their practice.

Meditation Retreats

Regular online retreats give you the opportunity to deepen your meditation practice in a supportive group format. We’ll discuss Theravadin Buddhist principles and practices to implement in your meditation practice.

All offerings are supported by your donation.

The Theravadin Buddhist tradition gives teachings freely. They are not considered goods and services to be charged with a fee. Rather students voluntarily offer donations, known as dana while developing generosity. Dana is an expression of gratitude given from the heart for the Buddha’s teachings which aids in spiritual growth.

All classes, 1-to-1 sessions and retreats are supported by your donations. Donate online through Eventbrite when you register for online classes or retreats, or through the website for 1-to-1 sessions.

Thank you for your contribution.
