Selected Talks

The process of awakening is dynamic, but to simplify, it involves the removal of mental afflictions from one’s mind. In Theravada Buddhism, the three core afflictions are greed, hatred, and delusion. Through meditation, when these afflictions are transcended, the meditator releases them, letting go of a heavy burden. The mind becomes lighter, brighter, and more refined, allowing for deeper wisdom and insight.
